Complaints Procedure

Parents are always encouraged to approach the school if they have any concerns. Most issues can be dealt with informally and every effort will be made to deal with complaints promptly. In the first instance, parents are advised to contact the teacher concerned, usually the class teacher.

More serious concerns, or those which remain unresolved, will be referred to the Headteacher.

If the matter is still unresolved the Headteacher will refer the matter to the Chair of Governors or a nominated Governor. If the complainant is still not satisfied they may make a formal complaint, in writing, to the Chair of Governors.
