Religious Education and Collective Worship led by mrs howe

Assemblies are an important aspect of school life and an act of reflection takes place daily. The main emphasis is on Christianity but other World Religions are mentioned or discussed at key points in the year. Our local vicar leads regular assemblies.

Religious Education lessons occur in all classes and are broadly based on the scheme of work provided by the Qualification and Curriculum Authority and also take account of the West Sussex locally agreed syllabus.

Parents have the right to withdraw their child from religious education and collective worship and if any parent wishes to do so they should contact the Headteacher so that suitable alternative arrangements can be made.
